Wonderful light and clouds at dawn this morning. Shot on the Fuji X100T with its Velvia simulation and post processed on the iPad using Snapseed.
I was out exploring the Morecambe Bay Area in Lancashire and stopped off for a coffee at Hest Bank on the eastern end of the town. Camera was in the bag and I was being “encouraged” by wife to get into the cafe, so as usual it was a quick image with the phone. Taken with the HDR mode in ProCamera, then processed in Snapseed, before styling in Distressedfx.
Up nice and early this morning and out with the camera for a short photowalk on the North Coast of Gozo.
I am lucky to have a fantastic view west across the Marsalforn Valley towards Zebbug in Gozo. Over the years, I have accumulated many sunset images, usually shooting fairly wide. However, last night my camera was set-up ready to shoot the full moon and I got a bonus sunset image as well.
Taken on my Nikon D7000, ISO 400 with the Tamron 150-600mm lens @ 600mm. The shot was handheld, but with the camera was resting on the balcony railing.
I’ve been doing all sorts of animation and graphics over the years, but always as a background hobby. I am now ready to try this out on a larger scale and help out local charities where I can. Here is a video I did for the Gozo SPCA 2016 fundraising drive.
